Your Mission
We are looking for an Aviation training content specialist to join our growing content development team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between aviation subject matter, training design, and software development. You will define and structure aviation training material, create high-quality content for both professional and consumer training lines, and ensure that our products deliver accurate, engaging, and effective pilot training experiences.
Your Responsibilities
- Analyze training program requirements and translate them into structured learning content.
- Develop training scenarios from limited inputs for both professional and consumer products.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive question bank for assessments.
- Document normal and abnormal aircraft procedures.
- Create inputs and specifications for procedure trainers.
- Develop and maintain Pilot Training Manuals for ground school use.
- Contribute to courseware creation, including text, graphics, and structured flows.
- Define content for system familiarization trainers (3D models, animations, structured learning sequences).
- Collaborate with 3D and software development teams to align content with technical execution.
- Provide internal aviation consultancy across departments.
- Write specifications for system behaviors within simulations.
- Develop a strong understanding of Propair Flight’s complex aviation products and systems.
Your Profile
- Solid understanding of aircraft systems and flight procedures.
- Strong ability and willingness to understand complex aviation training programmes.
- Strong ability to specify, document, and structure aviation processes with precision.
- Highly organized and methodical working style.
- Project management experience or strong willingness to acquire the skill.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Already engaged in aviation (e.g. PPL/SEP, engineering background, or strong aviation enthusiasm).
- An avid simmer or enthusiast eager to dive deeper into aviation systems.
- Agile, proactive, and independent, while highly collaborative within a team.
- Willing to invest time and energy to understand complex systems and solve challenges.
- Available for at least 30 hours per week.
