Your Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew by adhering to aviation regulations and company policies.
Deliver bespoke inflight services, including gourmet meal preparation, fine dining presentation, and premium beverage service.
Anticipate and respond to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals with exceptional attention to detail.
Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the cabin is immaculate and fully stocked.
Provide safety demonstrations tailored to the aircraft type and client preferences.
Manage and maintain inventory of onboard supplies, including luxury amenities.
Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality standards.
Collaborate closely with the flight crew and ground staff to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Your Profile

At least 15 years of experience in the same field (preferred business aviation)
Resident in Switzerland (preferably Zurich)
Several years of professional experience as an ISP in business jet aviation
Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role (e.g., standing for extended periods, lifting luggage).
Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
