- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight checks to ensure the cabin is immaculate and fully stocked.
- Provide safety demonstrations tailored to the aircraft type and client preferences.
- Manage and maintain inventory of onboard supplies, including luxury amenities.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold strict confidentiality standards.

Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
- At least 15 years of experience in the same field (preferred business aviation)
- Resident in Switzerland (preferably Zurich)
- Several years of professional experience as an ISP in business jet aviation
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to meet the physical demands of the role (e.g., standing for extended periods, lifting luggage).
- Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, weekends, and holidays.
